Pet Travel Service
Oman Air does not allow animals to travel in the aircraft cabin; animals must be transported as checked baggage or cargo. Additional charges are applicable, subject to Oman Air terms and conditions.
Each passenger can bring up to 2 kennels/carriers, subject to availability in the intended flight.
- For Small Kennel with Pet: The combined weight of the animal and carrier/kennel must be ≤ 23 kg and the linear dimensions (L+W+H) for kennel/carrier must be ≤ 203 centimeters.
- For Medium Kennel with Pet: The combined weight of the animal and carrier/kennel must be ≤ 45 kg and the linear dimensions (L+W+H) for kennel/carrier must be ≤ 250 centimeters.
- For Large Kennel with Pet: The combined weight of the animal and carrier/kennel must be ≤ 75 kg and the linear dimensions (L+W+H) for kennel/carrier must be ≤ 292 centimeters.
A request for booking pet travel must be submitted within 48 hours of booking the ticket(s) of the intended flight.

Cancellation Service
Passengers can request cancellation from Oman Air only if the ticket(s) is issued directly in Oman Air website, Oman Air offices or Call Center and paid via bank cards. If cash has been used to pay for ticket(s), refunds can be claimed only at the Oman Air Office.
Tickets issued by a travel agent/agency or 3rd party platform, request for cancellations and refunds can only be done by the travel agent/agency or 3rd party platform.
